It can be very challenging to enjoy the song and at the same time exercise. The songs that are used should not be used to entertain but rather to make people to have the needed energy to exercise. To ensure that all people hear the songs, there should be speakers in the training hall. Loud music arouses more interest and motivation towards the exercise. It is advisable to avoid using headphones during the exercises. This is because they may prevent you from getting the instructions being given. Headphones can be used during jogging.

You should take your time during these exercises. You should set some time aside that is specifically meant for the exercises.
