Assessment Of Art Everywhere By Makers Of Trailer Wraps

By Bob Oliver

When it comes to art, in general, museums might be some of the first establishments that come to mind. Maybe you're more interested in spending time at an art gallery where it seems like just about everyone can showcase their work, provided it's engaging enough. However, what about the idea of art being utilized in methods that can be associated with marketing, trailer wraps included? This is where Art Everywhere has come into play and it's a rather promising project to boot.

The Guardian posted an article that talked about how Art Everywhere, a campaign in the UK, is being put to use. For those not in the know, Art Everywhere is the biggest art exhibition in the country and it has placed a series of different works across 30,000 billboards and posters alike. To say that this is a great method for the sake of awareness would be an understatement. After all, sooner or later, someone is going to take notice of these various pieces of art.

One has to wonder, though, if a method like this will be able to come into play with other platforms. There's much to be said about items like billboards and the effectiveness that they possess but would it be totally out of the question to consider that trailer wraps could be used for similar purposes? It's important to keep in mind that these wraps are made with a great level of quality. In order to best attain this, it's worth looking into certain authorities on the matter, JMR Graphics included.

From what I have seen, Art Everywhere is effective in terms of breaking up what can be seen as mundane advertising. Instead of being greeted with a product showcasing hotel deals or a new energy drink, an individual will see a creative piece of art, which more than deviates from what we can view as the norm. Art Everywhere has a tremendous reach and I'd like to think that it can only get better. Of course, this is dependent on whether or not this method is utilized again.

I do not think that anyone can argue with the amount of potential associated with Art Everywhere. After all, it's a method that's meant to engage others and I believe that the usage of such public platforms along the lines of billboards only helps to make Art Everywhere that much more powerful. Who's to say that it cannot go on for longer? I believe that with the general interest in art combined with how it can help to make marketing efforts varied more than illustrates this system's effectiveness.
